This policy explains what personal information Traders Agent ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. The calculators on the Tools page run entirely in your browser and send us nothing.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To send you the weekly report you subscribed to. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us at any time to be removed.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and may be processed on servers outside Australia (including the United States). Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google's servers when a page loads; this discloses your IP address to Google in the same way any website resource does.
Payments
If you purchase or rent software from us, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider on their own secure checkout. We never receive or store your card details. The payment provider's own privacy policy applies to information you give them.
Retention
We keep enquiry messages and subscriber emails only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete them on request.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@thetradersagent.com and we will action it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
